1. Sales prices
Our prices are expressed in Swiss francs incl. VAT and are based on collection at Lyon Str. 14 in 4053 Basel. Transport and shipping costs are listed separately on the order and are not included in the product prices. Price changes as well as temporary promotions or special discounts are possible at any time and do not require any announcement. Discounts cannot be cumulated.
2. Means of payment / terms of payment
We do not accept EC cards or credit cards. Cash payment is possible if you collect your order yourself from us in Basel (Lyon Str. 14, 4053 Basel). Otherwise, all orders have to be paid by invoice. Invoices must be paid within ten days of the invoice date. If payment is not made on time, default interest as well as reminder charges will be incurred. With customers unknown to us or in the case of negative payment experiences, we reserve the right to require advance payment.
3. Validity of conditions and prices
The prices published at the time of the order apply. We reserve the right to change product ranges, vintages, prices, conditions and availability as well as to correct obvious errors and typing errors. Claims for damages due to obvious errors and typing errors are excluded.
4. Reservation of title
The goods remain the property of General Logistics Services AG until full payment has been received. If payment is in arrears, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. We reserve the right to register reservation of title with the competent authority.
5. Product images
Deviations of labels as well as vintages on product illustrations cannot be excluded. Please refer to the product description for the available vintages.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are listed separately in the order process. Delivery is done by Vinolog (Swiss Post). Delivery costs per container (carton of 6 bottles) CHF 20
Minimum delivery costs are CHF 20 for delivery within 2-3 working days. If you wish faster delivery (express) or delivery against signature, you must mention this with the order. 7. Exchange/return
Your order at www.glswiss.ch is binding. As a general rule, ordered articles can neither be exchanged nor taken back. Excluded from this are deliveries which have been damaged during transport and incorrect deliveries. Deliveries have to be checked for correctness and intactness upon receipt. Any complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the order to
8. Availability
Changes to prices and product ranges are expressly reserved. If an item is no longer available, you will receive a written message from us after the order has been placed. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery of the articles offered in the Wine Shop. Only while stocks last.
9. Sale to minors
The law prohibits the sale of spirits, cocktails and wine to under-18s. In order to comply with the legal requirements, in particular in the online shop, we may require you to state your date of birth. Our wine consultants are authorised at any time to check the age of the customer against an identity card with age specification. Purchases can only be made from the online Wine Shop from the age of 18.

The entire range of products offered in our Wine Shop is aimed exclusively at customers within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad are only possible after telephone consultation with our consultants.
11. Data protection
We undertake to treat your data in confidence in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) and not to pass it on to third parties without your consent.
12. Newsletter
Customers of General Logistics Services AG can receive the latest information about new products, promotions or tastings by newsletter sent via e-mail. No newsletters will be sent without your consent during the order process. Newsletters do not commit you to anything and are free of charge Can be deactivated at any time. General Logistics Services AG does not generate SPAM.
13. Cookies
Your browser may ask you whether you want to accept a cookie. If you agree, the cookie temporarily stores an identification number during your visit to the online Wine Shop. This identification number only serves to facilitate communication during the order process. When you leave the Wine Shop, this number becomes invalid. No data will be retrieved from or stored on your computer.
